To simplify our services, we’ve put together 3 packages to start your business for less than you think.  Each package illustrates the size of project we can undertake and what we can achieve for the time you commission us for.

We still tailor the package to your individual needs, and agree a work schedule, but the hours of work we undertake are set.  Additional hours are charged at the same rate, so you can top up if you decide to increase the scope of the project.

Package 1 - Plan Progress

Helps you decide whether your initial idea is a realistic business opportunity before you fully commit to it by helping gather intelligence about the resources you may need to get your plan off the ground.  We research, source and cost supplies and services such as technology providers, premises, stock and equipment and report the facts and figures back to you.  

Option 1:  15 Hours £300.     

Package 2 - Small Start

Gets your small business ready to take off or even start trading.  We will administrate your start up plan, liasing between suppliers and working closely with you to take instructions and feedback on progress.  Ideal for small businesses such as eBay shops, small e-commerce, or new projects for existing businesses.

While we concentrate on doing the leg work, you can keep doing your day job and your regular income.

Option 1:  25 hours £500.     Option 2: 37.5 hours £750

Package 3 - Biz Start

Takes your idea or pre-defined plan and progresses to completion.  We will project manage all aspects of your business start up, including liaison between legal and financial bodies, suppliers, customers, staff and agents.  We can even handle administration and order processing of your new business when it starts trading.

Ideal for larger projects that may require more complex start up management.

Step out of your old job and into your own business.

Option 1: 50 hours £1,000.     
Option 2:  75 hours £1500.  
Option 3: 1 month  £3,000.  

*includes 15 hours free ongoing admin support
