BranchOutLtd.com is intended as a business service provider, but we understand that our clients are often private individuals and not trading companies when they first make contact with us.

When you pay for our sevices as a private individual, we are bound by the statuatory UK consumer regulations.

When you pay for our sevices using a company cheque or account you are a trading as a business, and the legal landscape changes as such.

In both cases, you brief us to carry out works on your behalf, which will be defined and agreed in a work plan.  

We are not authorised to provide legal or financial advise. We may offer opinions and suggestions, but will not make financial or legal decisions on your behalf.  

If you require legal or financial services we can recommend a range of fully qualified and experienced providers of professional services.

Your intellectual property rights  

Before we embark on investigating and setting up your organisation, we will sign a confidentiality agreement.  This protects your intellectual property rights.  Each member of our staff is under contract to keep all client information and intellectual property safe.

Our liability

Branchout ltd cannot accept liability for the performance of  start-up organisations. You will be aware that market forces, consumer demand, and other environmental factors are beyond our control.  

Before engaging our services, both parties will sign a Contract to protect your rights and ensure you understand and agree to our terms.
