From just £25 per hour, our experienced staff can start getting your project off the ground. The hourly rate we charge is flexible, according to the scale and complexity of the work required.

Most projects we undertake start at either the planning stages, or more often, with assisting straight away with the execution of the project. Our clients usually have previous knowledge of their chosen project through previous employment or experiences, which means they can directly instruct us on how to progress their ideas.

If you don't have this previous know-how, we can still help you by researching and developing with you, and inputting our knowlege of start-up enterprises to help with yours.

Stage 1 - Planning

Detailed planning will help you discover the full logistical and financial requirements of the start-up organisation. A plan may take 25 hours to complete. You can reduce this time, if you so wish, by doing some preparation and research yourself. Primary research, such as surveys, can be more expensive, and we would contract this work out to research specialists in your chosen field, and advise you of the likely costs.

Stage 2 - Execution

When you decide to progress with the plan, we will either continue working on an hourly rate, or you may decide to involve us in the company itself.

A business start-up may require 100 man hours (5 hours per day for 20 days). This depends on the complexity of the project. A small on-line business may require half the time! We will discuss this with you and agree an individual work plan.

*Different fees may apply for postage, phone and fax, travel, external professional services, storage, and fulfilment . We do not charge for initial discussions or for time liasing with you as a client on account adminsitration.
